How do I get started with Woofy AI?+
Download Woofy AI from the App Store, create a profile for your dog, and pick a training track. You'll be guided through your first lesson right away!
Is Woofy AI safe for puppies?+
Yes! We have a dedicated puppy training track designed for dogs 8 weeks and older. Lessons are age-appropriate and use positive reinforcement only.
How does the treat safety scanner work?+
Simply take a photo of any food item, and our AI will analyze it to determine if it's safe for dogs. The scanner uses advanced image recognition to identify foods and check them against a comprehensive database of dog-safe and toxic foods.
How does photo verification work?+
After completing a lesson, you can take a photo of your dog performing the skill. Our AI verifies the photo to confirm your dog has learned the behavior, then awards XP and unlocks the next lesson.
How do I manage my subscription?+
Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Woofy AI. From there you can change your plan or cancel anytime.
Can I use Woofy AI offline?+
Most training content is available offline once downloaded. However, AI features (treat scanning and photo verification) require an internet connection.
Is the treat scanner a replacement for veterinary advice?+
No. The treat scanner is for informational purposes only. Always consult your veterinarian about your dog's diet, especially if your dog has allergies or health conditions.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?+
Simply download Woofy AI on your new device and sign in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription will be automatically restored. Training progress is stored locally on each device.
What dog breeds does Woofy AI work with?+
Woofy AI works with all breeds and mixed breeds! Our training methods use positive reinforcement techniques that are effective for dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
