Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Woofy AI mobile application ("App") provided by Futuron Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Woofy AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Woofy AI is a dog training application that provides structured lessons, training tracks, AI-powered treat safety scanning, photo-based training verification, and gamified progress tracking. The App is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: $9.99/month
  • Annual Plan: $29.99/year

Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. AI-Powered Features

Woofy AI utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services (OpenAI) for certain features including treat safety scanning and photo verification. You acknowledge that:

  • AI results are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.
  • The treat safety scanner is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian about your dog's diet and health.
  • AI features require an internet connection and may be subject to third-party service availability.

5. Not Veterinary Advice

Woofy AI does not provide veterinary advice.The App's content, including training lessons and treat safety information, is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional veterinary consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for any questions regarding your dog's health or behavior.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
  • Treat your dog humanely and responsibly during all training activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, lesson content, and software, is the property of Futuron Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any harm to your pet resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI features will always produce accurate results.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Apple EULA

This agreement is between you and Futuron Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App, Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
